To ensure accuracy, all telephone
conversations are recorded and confidentially stored. Any disputes will be
resolved by a review of the recording by the supervisory staff. A review will
usually be made by the end of the business day. The wager repeated by the
operator and verified by the account holder will be considered the desired
wager. Please listen carefully when placing and verifying your wagers. Taped
conversations will be available for playback to an account holder upon request.

PayDog provides a service of
acceptance and retransmission of information assisting in the placement of
wagers at certain racetracks through US off-track Multi-jurisdictional Simulcasting and Interactive Wagering Hub located in Portland, Oregon, which is
licensed and regulated by the Oregon Racing Commission, and operated in
accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States of
America.
-
In the event the information an
account holder provides to PayDog is not transmitted to, received by, or
otherwise accepted by the racetrack for any reason (included, but not limited to mechanical, communication and human error or failure), no wager will have been
placed (or deemed to have been placed) on behalf of the account holder at the
track and no money will be debited from the account holder's account. Under no
circumstances will PayDog "book" the wager, or otherwise be held
responsible for the information not being transmitted to, received by, or otherwise accepted by the racetrack.
-
It is the account holder's
responsibility to complete their second half of an exchange wager, if any.
PayDog takes no responsibility for wager not placed in an exchange race.
Exchange wagers have no dollar value.
-
In the event multiple "official"
prices are posted by the racetracks (as a result of miscalculation of payoffs
by the track, an error by the state judges, or any other reason), PayDog
will ascertain the final "official" prices from the racetrack and will make any
adjustment to its account holders accounts necessary to correct any incorrect
debits or credits made by PayDog as a result of receiving the non-final
"official" prices.
-
The amount wagered must be
available in an account holder's account. PayDog does not extend credit.
-
All wagers are made through the
AmTote wagering system and are sent into combined pools at the host track.
-
The minimum wager is determined by
the "host" track rules, but will not be less than $1.00.
-
Wagers cannot be cancelled once
they have been verified and accepted by the account holder and the phone call
terminated.
-
Proceeds from successful wagers
will be credited into your account as soon as each race is posted as "official ".
-
Requests for information,
questions, account reconciliation, withdrawals, etc. must be made to the
Customer Service Representatives.
